Our first Kosher organized group event was Pesach 2009 in Calabria at the Altafivmara Resort.

Following this great success, we moved our program to Sardinia for Pesach 2010, Hotel Le Palem Porto Cervo, and we are proud of the fact that there too the event was a tremendous success. We then realized that a Kosher service for the summer period, in Sardinia no less, was an inevitable consequence. Our summer costumers left with great suntans, big smiles and positive feedbacks. A winter Hotel in the Dolomite mountains of Italy, in Madonna di Campiglio at the Golf Hotel, has been operated by us for 3 seasons (2011-2013). 2014 Pesach: Avgvstvs Hotel in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany. From 2015 until 2019 we have been running our Pesach Hotel at the GALLIA Palace Hotel in Punta Ala, Tuscany, a Five Star Relais & Chateaux Hotel, where during these 5 years our guests were the most satisfied ever.

We excel, Baruch Hashem, thanks to our instinctive and passionate drive to satisfy even the most demanding guests, coupled with our innate Italian know-how and courtesy. Our Gourmet Restaurant offers constantly the most refined Italian cuisine, much to the appreciation of our guest’s palates.

Our service is characterized by an à la carte restaurant, with fresh dishes prepared instantly from our chefs.
